Dave Morgan, Railway’s newly appointed Manager with his Assistant Stuart Waddington are keen to have one of the fittest sides in the League. They believe fitness is key to be able to compete and prosper at this level. Once the fitness levels have been attained the development of a quick passing attacking side will follow.
To this end Railway have been put through their paces at the Ripon Army Barracks under the Unforgiving influence of SGT Aaron Morfitt 523 Squadron RLC(V). Further sessions have been booked and you can be sure only the fittest and committed will survive.
At training there were a number of old faces with a very healthy addition of new lads coming to stake their claim to wear the Red & Green for Railway come Saturday 16th August.
